6)  Signed - Minor Contestant Release Form 2023 – Wrangler Rodeo Arena (2 pages)

7)  Signed - Wristband Helper Credential Release Form 2023 – Wrangler Rodeo Arena (2 pages)

8)  Fees – must accompany entry form - payable to:  Webb Roping Productions
