RV hook-ups are sold out, however there is a trailer parking area on the north side of the horse barn where anyone can park with their generator (first come first serve).  This trailer parking area is free of charge with no reservation required.  Below is the link to the fairgrounds map showing the trailer parking area located off of Lake View Heroes Drive past Gate 6.
